Anesthesiology Opportunity near Atlanta, Georgia

Step into an anesthesiology role that offers an exceptional 17 weeks of time off and a lifestyle-focused schedule. Practice Overview

• Join a physician-led anesthesia group with a collaborative, low-ego culture and strong collaboration across MDs and CRNAs
• Case mix: general bread and butter anesthesia: general surgery, ent, orthopedics, bariatrics, OB, GI, EP lab, and more
• Supervise and work alongside experienced CRNAs with mentorship opportunities
• Leadership pathway available, including medical director track for interested candidates

Schedule

• 14 days on (beeper call) / 10 days off rotation with 17+ weeks off annually
• 100% home beeper call with no in-house overnight requirements
• Light call structure: emergency-only after hours with 30-minute callback radius
• Flexible, self-managed scheduling with easy shift swaps when needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $525,000 base salary with additional moonlighting opportunities
• $20K-$30K sign-on/relocation bonus plus full benefits package

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Comfortable with independent practice and CRNA supervision
• Team-oriented mindset with interest in mentorship
• Open to experienced physicians or upcoming graduates (2027 welcome)
