• Healthy peds only; no sick neonates
• CRNAs function independently in endo

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA with 1+ year experience
• Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
• Dependable with reliable availability

Travel Accommodations

• Full support: airfare, lodging, rental car, mileage
• Out-of-area CRNAs preferred
