Description
Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving, community-focused, hospital-based practice in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time, hospital employed position (no locums or part-time)
- General orthopedics with total joints
- Access to MAKO
- 11 operating rooms with dedicated block time and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
- High volume, quick ramp-up
- A full range of specialized services, including joint replacement, sports medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing
- Joining a well-established group with a reputation for excellence in the community
- Shared call with an experienced team for a healthy work-life balance
- Office space available and fully equipped
- Work in a supportive environment with access to referring PCPs and specialists
- Robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
- Strong clinical and administrative support with experienced APC staff
- Dedicated medical assistant from day one, additional support added as volume grows
- Experienced surgeons preferred, but will consider strong new graduates with the correct skill set
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
- J1 visa support IS available at this location
