Join Brevard Physician Associates (BPA), a stable, physician-owned, independent multi-specialty group serving Florida’s Space Coast.

BPA is a 100% physician-owned and physician-governed, multi-disciplinary practice across Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Anesthesia. There are 30 radiologists and over 100 physicians in total.
Our strategic direction is decided in our boardroom by the same people doing the clinical work, not by a corporate board in another state.
Because we don’t answer to venture capital investors or a corporate parent, we return the practice’s full value to our physician owners.
We are currently seeking Board-Certified or soon to be Board-Certified Radiologists across most subspecialties. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our total rewards packages are designed by physicians, for physicians. Opportunities exist in Emergency Radiology, Community General Radiology, Interventional Radiology, and Neuroradiology and other areas.
Our total rewards are designed for long-term careers, not short term contracts. Corporate groups offer a “market rate” salary. Independent groups like ours offer a piece of the pie. Because there is no corporate middleman taking a cut, our compensation is among the highest in the region. Partners enjoy full transparency into the practice’s financials and share directly in the rewards of our collective efficiency and productivity.
Starting salaries ~$500-600K, based on vacation schedule and number of shifts. Alternative compensation model based on percentage of partner pay is also available for motivated and experienced radiologists.
