Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice, seeks CRNAs to join our team of dedicated professionals at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, Banner Estrella Medical Center, and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• $280K Starting base comp- W2
• $50K Start Date Bonus
• Premium Pay when volunteering for extra shifts

OB Shifts:

• Located at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix
• Six 12hr shifts per month (12 or 24-hour shifts are available Monday-Sunday).
• Flexible shift structure. Two anesthesia providers are in-house to share workload.
• Call: Required - nights/weekends/holidays in-house coverage
• Role includes placement and management of neuraxial blocks (epidural and spinal) as well as US guided peripheral blocks (TAP) when indicated.

Main OR Shifts:

• Located at Banner Estrella Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center
• Two 10hr Weekday Shifts Per Week
• No Weekends, No Overnight Call
• Keep your clinical skills at the top of your training providing care for: General Surgery, Bariatrics, Gynecology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Spine
