Position Summary
Vero Orthopaedics is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our ambulatory anesthesia team. You will provide anesthesia care exclusively at The Advanced Center for Surgery or in the level two procedure room at Vero Orthopaedics, supporting a primarily orthopedic surgical volume with additional specialty services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations for all ASA-appropriate ambulatory patients
- Deliver general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Provide intraoperative management including airway control, hemodynamic stability, and analgesia
- Oversee PACU recovery, discharge readiness, and postoperative instructions
- Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and nursing teams to support efficient OR turnover
- Participate in ASC quality, compliance, and safety initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO in Anesthesiology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in ambulatory surgery and/or orthopedics preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ASC efficiency
