Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Pain Physician to join our medical team. As an Interventional Pain Physician, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. Utilizing a variety of interventional techniques and modalities, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving their quality of life and reducing pain.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations, to accurately diagnose pain conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, and nerve conduction studies to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating bread and butter and advanced interventional procedures, physical therapy, chiropractic, and other modalities as appropriate.
Perform a variety of interventional pain procedures including but not limited to bread and butter cases, advanced procedures such as peripheral and central neuromodulation, SI joint fusion, MILD, Vertebroplasty and other advanced procedures.
Educate patients and their families about their pain condition, treatment options, and self-management techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize pain relief and functional outcomes.
Collaborate with other health care professionals including Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, APPs, and other physicians to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex pain conditions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Stay abreast of developments in the field of interventional pain management through continuing medical education, research, and participation in professional organizations.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of medical practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine, and Rehabilitation).
Completion of fellowship training in Pain Medicine
Valid medical license and DEA registration.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
