Gould Medical Group, in partnership with Sutter Health, is looking for BE/BC Anesthesiologists in Modesto, CA.

Sutter Health-affiliated Gould Medical Group is a growing, approximately 400 provider multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quicl access to the bay area as well as other hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

Position Details:

• Rare: all physician anesthesia practice affiliated with Sutter Health
• First year salary guarantee of $498,000 plus sign on bonus and call stipends: potential first year compensation of $560,000
• Typical full time partner compensation is >$600,000 per year
• Residency stipend available
• Fair distribution of cases/insurance blind/blended units
• Only 2 in-house calls per month/back up calls from home
• Most weekends off
• Average of 6 - 8 weeks off annually
• Flexible shifts and scheduling
• Great working relationship with surgeons/RNS/hospital administration
• Great mix of cases
• Low turnover, highly respected group
• No large partnership buy-in
• Department members: 26
• Primary location: Memorial Medical Center, 423 bed level 2 trauma center
• EHR: Epic
