- Cardiac fellowship not required. Unique opportunity for pediatric anesthesiologists to complete in-house cardiac anesthesia training, gaining hands-on experience.
- $300MM expansion underway! A new 90-bed standalone Pediatric Heart Tower will include 2 ORs, 2 cath labs, MRI, CT, a cardiac NICU, and an adult congenital unit.
- Collaborative, academic environment with 22 pediatric cardiologists including 2 CT surgeons, 3 interventionalists, 1 EP, and 1 AHFTC
- Current team of 3 pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists, 4 dedicated CRNAs, and 90 specialized nurses with plans to grow to 5 anesthesiologists
- Annual volume of ~265 pump cases
