Mercy Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our established Women's & Children's team in Joplin, Missouri. This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a well-supported Level III NICU while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance and strong compensation package.

At Mercy, you'll join a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Work alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and neonatal professionals within a regional referral center serving a four-state area.

Opportunity Highlights

• 7 on/7 off schedule
• Level III NICU with 16 beds
• More than 1,200 deliveries annually
• Approximately 150 NICU admissions per year
• 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage
• Neonatal transport team
• Care for infants beginning at 23 weeks gestation
• Non-surgical patients managed within the unit
• EPIC EMR across the Mercy health system

• Current Neonatologist total compensation exceeding $400,000 annually
• $5,000 CME allowance plus one week of CME time
