What You'll Do

As an Operating Room Clinical Nurse, you will:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care throughout the perioperative experience
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, surgical excellence, and quality outcomes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues while helping foster a positive team environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing
• Current Florida RN License
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork, quality, and exceptional patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Operating Room nursing experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative clinical setting
