Description
Physician-led independent anesthesia group seeking 1–2 anesthesiologists for a growing ambulatory-only practice in the Montgomery County, Maryland region. We provide anesthesia services across multiple ASCs and office-based procedural locations in a stable, collegial private practice environment focused on efficiency, autonomy, and long-term lifestyle sustainability. Full time, independent practice, roughly 40 hours per week, 3 - 5 Days per week.

We are looking for anesthesiologists who are:
- Have prior ambulatory surgery center experience
- Comfortable with regional anesthesia
- Comfortable with routine ambulatory pediatric ENT and dental cases
- Proficient with ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia
- Independent and efficient in fast-paced ambulatory settings
- Interested in a sustainable long-term practice model

Requirements
Basic Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of accredited anesthesiology residency training
- Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure
- DEA certification
- Ability to independently manage ambulatory anesthesia cases across multiple procedural settings
- Comfortable providing anesthesia for routine ambulatory pediatric ENT and dental cases
- Experience with regional anesthesia techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care, efficiency, and professionalism
