Pain Management (Interventional Pain) Opportunity in East Memphis, TN & Southaven, MS
Build your Interventional Pain career with a physician-led private practice that values autonomy, efficiency, and long-term success. Join an established team with strong referral relationships, a procedure-focused schedule, and the clinical and administrative support needed to grow a thriving practice while focusing on exceptional patient care.
Practice Overview
- You'll join an established private practice with a local-first model and full clinical autonomy
- Robust infrastructure handles billing, authorizations, credentialing, compliance, and call center support
- Team-based setup: 1:1 RN/MA support, triage MAs, and a path to having two APPs with independent panels feeding your procedure pipeline
- Broad procedural mix: bread-and-butter injections, RFA, STIM, PNS, MILD, SIJ, with openness to adding new capabilities based on your interests
Schedule
- Monday-Friday structure with no general call and no specialty call
- 3 clinic days/week averaging ~20 patients/day
- 2 ASC days/week with ~32-42 procedures/day depending on pace
- Ramp-up flexibility, with support to expand procedural time as your volume grows
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $550,000 for ramp-up stability
- Productivity bonus
- Sign-on and relocation assistance available
- 4 weeks PTO plus 8-9 paid holidays, $2,500 CME, malpractice covered, and 401(k) with up to 4% match
Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Fellows welcome (including upcoming graduating classes); anesthesia-trained preferred, with openness to PM&R, EM, or Neurology backgrounds
- Comfort with a busy interventional schedule and building a procedure-forward practice with APP support
