Locums Gastroenterology opportunity in Michigan with inpatient-only coverage, routine GI work, strong hospital support, and prioritized credentialing so you can lock in upcoming blocks without a long onboarding delay.

• Inpatient GI assignment with adult patients only
• Block-style coverage: only two weeks per month (Monday morning to the following Monday morning)

Practice Setting

• Inpatient medical setting focused on consults and rounding
• Average volume: approximately 4-8 consults/rounds per day
• GI NP/PAs support the service in the clinic (not inpatient)
• Additional support includes IR physicians, RNs, and management

Schedule

• Coverage runs Monday morning through the following Monday morning
• Call required while you're on assignment

Requirements

• Must be an MD
• Gastroenterology board-certified or board-eligible within 5 years
