Locums Anesthesiology Physician in Midland, Michigan - Level 2 Trauma, Flexible Scheduling

Cover a broad inpatient and outpatient anesthesia practice with full-week scheduling options, a predictable 1:8 call rotation, and a manageable OR footprint.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient hospital with coverage for both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Full-scope anesthesia including thoracic, neuro, cardiovascular, trauma, pediatrics, obstetrics, and NORA
• Typically 3 operating rooms running concurrently, with a maximum of 4
• Supervise CRNAs in a physician direction care-team model

Schedule

• Weekday day shifts beginning at 6:30 AM
• Full-week coverage preferred with some shorter blocks available
• Optional call available with select day shifts
• Rotating 1:8 on-site call with a post-call day off

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology or Board Eligible within 5 years
• Michigan license required or active IMLC Letter of Qualification
• ACLS, PALS, and DEA required

• Travel arrangements are provided for qualifying assignments
