OB/GYN Opportunity Iowa | 400K - 450K Base + $180K Recruitment Package

Join an established OB/GYN program at a high-performing critical access hospital serving communities across southwest Iowa. This opportunity combines modern facilities and specialty support with the autonomy and patient relationships of community practice.

Position Highlights

• Join an established team of OB/GYNs and FMOBs
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice with approximately 150 deliveries annually
• Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and infertility care
• Growing regional referral network with expanding outreach
• Recently renovated facilities with LDRP suites
• Remote fetal monitoring and integrated EMR
• 24/7 CRNA support
• Robotics-capable operating room planned
• Opportunity to build a patient panel quickly in a high-demand practice

Compensation & Benefits

• 400,000 to 450,000 base salary
• RVU incentives
• $180,000 recruitment package
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• MD or DO eligible for Iowa medical licensure
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Interest in full-scope OB/GYN within a collaborative, community-focused team
