Practice Setting

Schedule

• 2.5-3 clinic days per week
• 1 dedicated surgical day
• Optional half-day Fridays for added flexibility

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $330K-$500K (based on experience) + productivity bonus
• $75K-$100K sign-on bonus + $10K relocation
• 33 days PTO + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k match)
• $4,000 CME + 5 CME days
• Optional leadership and teaching opportunities
