Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency and Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Ability to meet hospital credentialing and privileging requirements
