Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment known for quality care and patient satisfaction.

Practice Highlights

• Position available due to a General Surgeon leaving
• Join one other full-time General Surgeon and 1 full-time NP
• Clinic office suite located on hospital campus
• Surgical Center consists of 40,000 sq/ft and 6 state-of-the-art operating rooms
• 18 Pre-Op/Post-Op rooms
• 1 Anesthesiologist + 5 CRNA's
• 2 Endoscopy Suites
• 6 PACU bays
• 1 Da Vinci Robot
• Large, established multi-specialty referral network
• System-wide Epic EMR
• Teaching opportunities with local medical school
• Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates
• New graduates encouraged to apply

• 102-bed hospital serving Southeast Kansas
• Level III Trauma Center and Emergent Stroke Ready Hospital
• Leapfrog Group's A Hospital Safety Grade
• 12-bed ICU with 24/7 telehealth monitoring

Compensation & Benefits

• $540K guaranteed salary plus $50,000 recruitment bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
• 4 weeks' vacation, 6 holidays, and 1 week CME during guarantee period
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
